JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor                 
PQE REQUIRED: 3-6       
LOCATION: Leeds                 
SALARY: Up to £70,000 (DOE)                  

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and well regarded team in Leeds, working closely with a lead development partner on a range of high quality matters for key clients. You will be involved in a varied caseload of residential, commercial and mixed-use development work and will play a key role in advising on complex, high-value development transactions. The role will also provide exposure to planning and statutory agreements and offers the chance to work within a collaborative team environment on significant development projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property, ideally with a strong background in development work. You will have experience handling residential, commercial or mixed-use development matters and will be confident managing transactions with a good level of autonomy. The firm is seeking someone who can quickly integrate into the team and hit the ground running, with the ability to build strong client relationships. You will either have an existing network of professional contacts and a willingness to expand this through attendance at networking events, or demonstrate enthusiasm for developing such a network. Experience advising on high-value development transactions and some familiarity with planning or statutory agreements would be advantageous.
