JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor                
PQE REQUIRED: 2-7       
LOCATION: North Yorkshire                 
SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
This role offers the chance to join a busy and dynamic real estate and commercial property team, handling a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients and transactions. The successful candidate will be involved in advising on a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and property development projects. They will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing to strategic planning for clients and providing practical, solutions focused legal advice. THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor who is highly motivated, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience or knowledge in commercial property and real estate, though applications from Solicitors in other areas with relevant sector understanding will also be welcomed. The successful candidate will be confident in managing their own workload, building strong client relationships and providing clear, practical legal advice.
