SALARY: £Dependent on experience

• Do you have experience of managing your own caseload of commercial property matters?
• Seeking an opportunity within a highly progressive team where you can build an exciting long-term career
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 12 months’ experience in conducting a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
• As the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer you will be responsible for a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, development, leases, acquisitions and disposals.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, work well within a team environment and to tight deadlines.
• On offer, is a negotiable salary plus bonus, pension and excellent benefits package.
