Job Description

Regulatory Lawyer – Fitness to Practise, 3 - 5 PQE, London/ Hybrid, £55,000 - £65,000. OVERVIEW:
•The appointed lawyer will oversee a caseload of complex, high risk investigations, providing guidance and support to paralegals while managing cases throughout the full Fitness to Practice process
•You will receive support from the paralegal as needed
•Responsibilities include investigating and analysing evidence, assessing risk, preparing cases for hearings, and providing legal advice
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external legal providers, registrants, their representatives, and witnesses
•The appointed candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX Lawyer with 3 – 5years’ PQE
•You will be skilled in conducting investigations and preparing cases for hearings
•The organisation is seeking an expert in regulatory law and rules of evidence, with proven ability to communicate complex matters clearly
