OVERVIEW:

• The successful solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, managing caseloads of varying complexity
• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold, leasehold, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters
• You will provide expert legal advice, deliver exceptional client service, and cultivate long-term relationships that drive repeat business
• You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision while actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Utilise the firm’s case management systems effectively and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
