THE ROLE:
• Handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements
• Assist with company formations, restructures and general business law issues
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting day-to-day operations and complex transactions

THE CANDIDATE:
• Minimum of 10+ years’ PQE
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Provide practical, high-quality legal advice to clients
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives
