THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity to grow and advance your career by managing a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, primarily advising employers. You will gain experience across disputes, general advisory work, and corporate support, with opportunities to deliver client training.

You will have the chance to shape the direction of your own professional development and will be strongly encouraged to engage in business development initiatives. This will include seminars, webinars, and networking events, as well as drafting guidance and articles. Your role will also involve assisting partners and legal directors in mentoring and supporting the growth of junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and a proven commitment to further developing their expertise and technical skills in employment law, alongside a track record of successful practice development. You will also possess strong client management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a personable approach with both clients and colleagues.
