OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales and purchases
•You will be familiar with both freehold and leasehold matters, and some residential property work
•You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base ranging from SMEs, developers, landlords and investors
•The firm is looking for qualified solicitors with at least 5 years’ experience handling both residential and commercial property files
•The ideal candidate will prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders
