OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload with a focus on probate and trust administration
•Supporting departmental meetings and contributing to team development
•Wrking closely with a team that values input from all fee earners
•Join their team on an ongoing part-time basis (4 days per week)
•This role offers hybrid working
•Applications are open to solicitor or legal executives with 3–5 years’ PQE in private client law
•You will be able to handle probate and trust matters independently
•The ideal candidate will be based locally or within reasonable commuting distance to Plymouth
•You will be open to ongoing locum work, with potential interest in a permanent role (optional)
•On offer is hybrid working arrangements, competitive day rate depending on experience and the opportunity to join on a temp-to-perm basis if desired
