The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will manage a variety of conveyancing matters, representing a diverse range of private buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of both freehold and leasehold properties.

• In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and amending contracts, deeds, letters, and reports, as well as completing search submissions and Land Registry formalities, researching titles, and addressing any related queries.

• You will manage key stages of property transactions, including exchange, completion, and post-completion matters. You will also advise on financial management issues such as mortgage redemptions, transfers of equity, and re-mortgage processes.

• Additionally, you will oversee residential tenancy and licence matters, provide guidance on residential property transactions related to new developments, and undertake secured lending work.

• You must be confident and personable, with a solid background in general property law. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with strong client management abilities. A proven track record of successful practice development is also required.
