Residential Conveyancer (Leadership role), 5+ Years PQE, Cheshire, To c£70,000 (DOE) – Great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take responsibility for a team within an expanding and ambitious regional law firm. JOB REF:0697

THE ROLE:
• Leading a team of fee earners and paralegals with the full range of skills and experience
• Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions for a variety of clients including HNW individuals
• Overseeing the team's performance and drive operational improvements.
• Work closely with the senior management team to deliver key business projects and contribute to the firm’s growth
• Provide regular performance reports and management information
• Build valuable relationships with local businesses and estate agents

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years proven track record. (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
• Leadership and people management skills
• A commercial mindset and the passion for developing talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to contribute to strategic growth and continuous improvement
