THE ROLE:
The role involves managing a diverse Corporate caseload across various sectors, including IT, tech, and life sciences, and will involve corporate transactions – including buying and selling companies, early-stage to private equity investments, management buyouts, founder exits, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, group reorganisations, and corporate governance. You will also undertake business development efforts and attend networking events to assist with the growth of the practice.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE with experience ideally gained at a commercial law firm or in-house environment. You must have technical experience with private equity transactions and complex mergers and acquisitions and should be motivated and confident in handling your own caseload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
