Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cumbria, up to c£65,000 (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take the lead on a broad range of high-quality private client matters in a supportive and dynamic environment. JOB REF: 0412

THE ROLE:
• You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and developing long-term relationships.
• Managing a varied caseload of private client work, including Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Business development and networking to support the continued growth of the department

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE with a strong background in private client law
• STEP qualification is highly desirable
• Excellent technical knowledge with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
