Personal Injury Solicitor (Military Claims), 3+ years PQE, Yorkshire, up to c£70,000 (DOE) – Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor looking to specialise in military claims? Join this dedicated Military Claims Department and provide expert legal advice on personal injury matters affecting military personnel and veterans. JOB REF:0344

THE ROLE:
• You will handle a varied caseload of personal injury claims related to military service, including physical injuries, psychological trauma, and related compensation claims.
• You will guide clients through complex legal processes with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring they receive the support and compensation they deserve.
• Advising clients on compensation entitlements and legal options
• Liaising with medical experts, insurers, and relevant military bodies
• Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements
• Representing clients in tribunals and court proceedings where necessary

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury law
• Knowledge or interest in military law/claims is highly desirable
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Empathy and excellent client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Clear communicator with attention to detail
