Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, CHESHIRE, £30,000 - £40,000 DOE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-achieving team, working closely with clients in a fast-moving environment. JOB REF: 0328

•Responsibilities include managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•Applications are open to fee earners with over three years of post-completion experience, skilled in managing a high volume residential conveyancing workload from start to finish.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organisational skills, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders and provide exceptional client care.
