Construction Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) - An exciting opportunity within a top-tier, nationally recognised Construction, Infrastructure & Projects team. JOB REF:9844.

THE ROLE:
• This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a growing pipeline of both contentious and non-contentious work, with the flexibility to shape your role depending on your interests and experience.
• The team have a national client base on complex and high-value construction, engineering, and energy projects and disputes.
• You’ll work closely with highly experienced partners and junior lawyers, managing your own matters with appropriate support.
• This is a client-facing, hands-on role with plenty of variety—no two projects are the same.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• Proven experience with standard form contracts (JCT, NEC)
• Exposure to adjudication, litigation, and dispute resolution
• A strong technical grounding paired with a practical, commercial mindset
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships
