Looking to kick-start your career in a role that's more than your typical graduate scheme? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially curious graduate to join a dynamic team working across finance, sales, and marketing within the healthcare sector.
You'll rotate across key business areas, support real-time transactions, and help deliver tailored funding solutions for clients in both the public and private sectors.
What you'll get to do:

• Support client meetings and help shape commercial funding strategies
• Work on live deal structuring and financial solutions
• Rotate across business functions, including sales, marketing, and finance departments to discover your strengths
• Get involved in business development, proposals, and marketing campaigns

What we're looking for:

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong academic background
• Commercially curious, analytical, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• A drive to take on real responsibility from day one
