Location: Gretna Green
Salary: Starting from £28,500 per annum (with structured salary progression)
Hours: 40 hours per week across 7 days
Holidays: 31 days annual leave

The Role
  • Support the daily operations of the hotel across multiple departments
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Oversee weddings, functions and banqueting to ensure flawless execution
  • Ensure high standards are maintained across food & beverage and guest services
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring memorable experiences
  • Support a collaborative and positive working environment
