Poultry Farm Worker

Pertemps are currently recruiting Poultry Farm Worker on behalf of our client to work at poultry farm site on the outskirts of Spilsby.
This is a seasonal opportunity running from now until September, ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in an outdoor and farm environment.

Due to the location of the sites, candidates must have their own transport.
 
What hours will I be working?

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 15:30
• 30-minute unpaid break
• Weekend and evening work may be required

What will I be paid?

• £12.48 per hour (ages 18–20)
• £13.24 per hour (ages 21+)

Key Duties

• Supporting general farm maintenance and housekeeping
• Assisting with bird welfare and daily care
• Collecting and grading eggs
• Maintaining clean and safe working areas
• Following biosecurity and hygiene procedures
• Supporting other farm duties as required

Requirements

• Must have own transport due to rural location
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Comfortable working in a farm and poultry environment
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible to support weekend and evening work when required

Applicants must not have live poultry or reptiles at home, due to strict farm biosecurity regulations.
