Assembly Operative

Contract: Temporary to permanent
Regular Shifts: Monday to Friday – 6:00am until 2:30pm.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 to £14.08 per hour, depending on your experience.
Paid Holidays: 28 days per year (for full-time work).
Payment Options: Choose between weekly or monthly pay.
Electronic timesheets: Submit electronically for ease and efficiency.
 
Pertemps Lincoln are looking to hire multiple people for our customer in Gainsborough. Our customer is a global manufacturer who are growing their site and would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As an Assembly Operative, you’ll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.

This is a varied Assembly Operative role, where you’ll be trained in various departments to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including:

• Incoming Goods
• Laser Operations
• Machine Operations
• Stores / Dispatch
• Assembly and Packing

What skills and experience do I need as an Assembly Operative?

• Experience in a similar role
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas.
