A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to bring in an experienced Landscape Architect to join their Norwich team.

The business operates across both public and private sectors, delivering a wide range of projects including residential, commercial and education schemes. They have a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, sustainable design solutions and work closely with other in house disciplines, giving you great exposure to wider project teams.

This role would suit someone who is confident working across the full design process, from early concepts through to detailed delivery, and who enjoys being involved in both creative and technical aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing landscape designs from initial concept through to detailed design
  • Preparing drawings, specifications and supporting technical information
  • Contributing to feasibility studies and design proposals
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants
  • Supporting project delivery, including tender and construction stages
  • Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing workload across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ensuring all work is delivered in line with relevant regulations and standards
  • Assisting with project planning, budgeting and programme management
  • Supporting wider team objectives and contributing to new opportunities
 Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered status or working towards (CMLI desirable)
  • UK in practice experience is essential
  • Strong design and technical capability
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)
  • Good understanding of UK planning, construction and health & safety requirements
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload
  • Willingness to travel to sites and other offices when required
