Based in a beautiful setting in Oxfordshire, a short commute from Oxford, this regional Structural Consultancy work on high end, architecturally challenging premium structural projects valued up to £12m in construction value.

As a practice they value a work life balance and because of this they operate a 4 day working with every weekend a 3 day weekend. The staff are highly motivated and enjoy working for the company and are a close knit team.

As a practice they work on country homes, heritage structures, architecturally driven refurbs and extensions and they are very busy with more than 200 projects a year.

They are seeking a structural design engineer who is experienced designing in all traditional materials working on residential projects and is keen to develop into a project engineer over the coming years. They are also happy to speak with an engineer who is already a project running engineer who wants to work in a regional consultancy on a broad range of challenging structural projects.
