We’d love to hear from candidates who bring:
  • A recognised professional qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience within construction, refurbishment, retrofit or fabric upgrade projects desirable
  • Familiarity with bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and design & build contracts
  • Proven experience in commercial management and subcontractor procurement
  • Strong monthly reporting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with both direct and subcontract labour
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
