What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the insurance team
  • Processing insurance policies, renewals, and claims paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting with compliance and regulatory documentation
  • Coordinating with insurers, brokers, and clients
 
What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:
  • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
