Hours: 7.5-hour day between 8:15am – 5:00pm (flexible shifts available)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus up to 10% + BUPA Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday

We're looking for a confident and proactive Internal Sales Executive to become a key player in our growing department. You’ll handle incoming enquiries, send out quotations, and most importantly—follow up and close the deal. You’ll be building strong, lasting relationships with Builders Merchants, Contractors, and a wide variety of industry professionals.

Whether you’ve got previous sales experience or you're eager to take the first step into the industry, this role will offer full support, product training, and exciting growth potential in the civils and construction sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Turning enquiries into revenue – preparing quotations and following up to convert to orders.
- Hitting and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Offering product advice and technical recommendations where needed.
- Managing your pipeline and updating the CRM system effectively.
- Contributing to the team’s sales and marketing strategies.
- Producing regular sales forecasts and progress updates.
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Experience in a sales role or in the construction indutstry is essential
- Motivated by targets and driven to succeed.
- Commercially aware and organised, with great attention to detail.
- IT-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (but not essential!).
- A team player who embodies our company values.
