Role: Linisher
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm
Location: Dudley
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph (plus £6.50 shift allowance per shift)

Pertemps are recruiting for a reliable, hard-working and experienced Linisher to join our clients a well-established sheet metal company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and meeting deadlines are key to success. You will play an important role in preparing sheet metal products for the next stage of production. 


Key Responsibilities

• Linishing and finishing sheet metal components.
• Removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections.
• Preparing products for the next stage of production.
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Supporting the wider production team as required.

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal environment.
• Experience using linishing or grinding tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.
