School Cleaner

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworkin School Cleaner to join our clients located in and around the Dudley area. This is an important role within the school setting, helping to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors throughout the school day.


Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and other communal areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising touch points such as door handles, desks, and handrails.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures.
• Following all health & safety guidelines, COSHH regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns to the appropriate staff.

Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS check is essential due to the nature of the role.
• Two employment references.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours & Pay:

• Part-time position: 2 hours per day
• Monday to Friday
• £12.21 per hour

This role involves working in a school environment. The successful applicant will be required to complete all necessary safeguarding and compliance checks in line with school policies.
