Learning Support Assistant (RCT)

Are you passionate about working with children and making a real difference in their learning journey? We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support schools across RCT, covering a mix of mainstream classrooms and specialist SEN settings.
Whether you have direct experience in schools or have supported children in other settings such as youth work, childcare, or sports coaching, we welcome your application.

The Role:

• Provide support within mainstream classrooms, assisting teachers and pupils with daily activities
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support, including those with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)
• Be adaptable and ready to step into different settings across primary, secondary, and SEN schools

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous classroom or child-related experience (school-based or external)
• A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
• Willingness to work across various schools within the RCT area
• An interest in SEN is a bonus, especially as some roles may lead to long-term or permanent opportunities
