Learning Support Assistant (Cardiff)

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools. Whether you’re experienced in classroom settings or have a strong background working with children in other environments (e.g., youth work, coaching, care), we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• General Classroom Support: We're particularly keen to find LSAs for general classroom support roles. Experience is desirable, but not essential – a proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children is just as important.
• SEN Support: We work closely with a number of SEN schools who regularly require cover. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to support children with additional learning needs.
• Temp-to-Perm Potential: For the right candidates, there is the potential for temporary positions to become permanent, especially within our SEN partner schools.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with children (in or out of a school setting)
• A patient, flexible, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
