About the Client
Our client is a leading law firm specialising in property law, known for delivering outstanding service, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving innovation within the conveyancing sector.

The Role
We are working in partnership with this prestigious firm to find a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Trainer. This key position plays a vital role in shaping the knowledge, skills, and confidence of conveyancing staff across the business. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes that ensure technical excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout all property transactions.



Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing conveyancing staff

Ensure training materials reflect the latest legislation, regulations, and best practices

Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and support

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify skills gaps and create tailored learning plans

Maintain accurate training records, reporting progress and compliance

Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to encourage individual and team growth

Champion a culture of continuous learning within the conveyancing department

Stay up to date with industry developments and update training content accordingly



Candidate Requirements
Essential:

Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical knowledge

Prior experience delivering training or mentoring in a legal setting

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management capabilities

Confident in engaging and motivating learners of all levels

Desirable:

Training qualifications (e.g., PTLLS, Train the Trainer)

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training delivery

Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in conveyancing
