**Resource Co-Ordinator needed**
**Temp to Perm**
**29K**
**0930 to 1800- 40 Hours a week 5 days - Tuesday to Saturday**
Pertemps are recruiting for a Resource Co-Ordinator offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a great team environment in a rapidly growing business. To provide a cost effective, reliable, efficient and sustainable delivery service meeting the customers’ needs and in line with the Company’s objectives.
Responsibilities and duties include (but not exclusive to):
Customer service :
• Deliver high standard, exceptional customer service and respond to all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Regular communication via teams and face-to-face meetings with key customers
• Complete all customer KPI reports accurately and send within the designated deadlines
Driver resourcing:
• Processing of self- employed driver applications,
• Carry out driver on boarding and facilitate smooth and effective handover to the Control team
• Collection of all relevant driver start up documentation
• Entering of new driver details into all appropriate systems
• Ensuring new driver records are accurate, up to date and compliant with company standard and legislation
• Cost effective recruitment of third-party support suppliers; negotiation of the most competitive supply rates
• Effective communication with new driver resource during the initial period to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a qualified regional driver lead data base for future driver recruitment
• Effective liaison and communication with other departments and teams
• Preparation and update of driving training manual and start-up packs and driver induction presentations as required
• General compliance checks - e.g. DBS/MOT/Insurance
• Customer specific compliance checks and clearance
• Secure management and maintenance of driver administration files and computerised records, including removing drivers when requested
• Ensure existing driver records are accurate, up to date and compliant with company standard and legislation
• Ensure any driver training standards are met and arrange relevant training as necessary
• As a driver APP super-user, you will support the wider operations team with ensuring all drivers are compliant with live-time reporting of data/times and scanning
Compliance :
• Ensure all fleet operations are compliant with company procedure.
• enforce company policies and systems to represent best in class industry practices and procedures.
• Daily compliance checks on driver performance.
• Up to date reporting on compliance checks to issue internally and to key customers.
• Investigate and report on any incidences of non-conformance, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practice and implement changes as necessary.
• Support operational management teams in delivering robust driver and vehicle compliance.
Applicant Criteria:
• Understanding and experience of driver compliance desired
• Strong work ethic giving full attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to solve problems with minimal supervision
• Be able to demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, especially a high standard of telephone etiquette with rapport building abilities
• Strong administration skills
• Willingness to co-operate with a positive outlook and work effectively as part of a team
• Experience within the industry preferred but not essential
• Experience of working in a high-pressured environment
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
