Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for engineering solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team in the precision motion and mechanical transmission sector.
The Role:
This is a high-impact position focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to take ownership of the full sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development across key market sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Develop tailored proposals and technical solutions for customers
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
About You:
  • A proven track record in sales – particularly in technical, industrial, or engineering markets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience in linear motion or mechanical transmission components is a distinct advantage
  • Self-motivated and confident with the ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
