An established and growing wealth management firm based in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with Financial Advisers and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning support to clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, conducting research, and supporting advisers in providing tailored wealth management advice.

The Role
Working alongside Financial Advisers and the wider support team, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing comprehensive suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Conducting detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Supporting advisers in the development of financial planning strategies
- Preparing cashflow modelling and financial planning reports
- Reviewing client portfolios and producing annual review documentation
- Liaising with providers, platforms, and internal teams to obtain relevant information
- Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting ongoing client servicing
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a financial planning or wealth management environment and demonstrate strong technical knowledge.
Key skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or Senior IFA Administrator
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products
- Experience preparing suitability reports and research documents
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Experience using financial planning systems and provider platforms
