Salary:



£27,500 — no experience needed



£29,000 — experienced Property Managers



+ £1,000 salary increase after passing ARLA



ARLA fully funded



Hours:



Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm



1 in 4–5 Saturdays, 9:00am–1:00pm



No driving licence required

You’ll be the problem‑solver, the organiser, the communicator — the person who keeps everything moving.



Key Responsibilities

Manage tenancies from move‑in to move‑out with confidence and care.



Handle maintenance issues quickly, coordinating contractors and keeping tenants updated.



Carry out inspections and follow up on any required actions.



Stay compliant by ensuring all properties meet legal and safety standards.



Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants, keeping everyone informed.



Keep records sharp with accurate notes and system updates.



What You’ll Bring

Willingness to learn and grow (experience is a bonus, not a requirement).
