Warehouse Supervisor  - Westbury, Wiltshire


🕗 Monday–Friday 08:30–17:15 | 🚫 No weekends – Full time, Permanent role


We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, well-established operation in Westbury. This is a practical, people-focused role where no two days are the same.


If you enjoy leading a small team, keeping operations running smoothly, and getting stuck in yourself, this could be the perfect role. Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems are essential. Experience picking and packing smaller quantities accurately is a big plus.



What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a small warehouse team
• Supervise day-to-day operations while getting hands-on where needed
• Manage stock, order picking, booking-in and despatch
• Pick and pack smaller quantities accurately and efficiently
• Maintain ERP/WMS systems and ensure data integrity
• Plan and coordinate despatches efficiently
• Generate reports and support management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven warehouse supervision or management experience
• Strong ERP & WMS system skills
• Hands-on, proactive approach -  happy to get involved operationally
• Experience picking and packing smaller quantities
• Excellent organisation and team leadership skills
• Forklift Counterbalance licence
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
