Internal Sales Administrator
Wolverhampton
Permanent | Full-time (40 hours per week)
£26,500 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

An established manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator to join their experienced internal sales team.

This is a fast-paced role within a supportive team where many employees have built long careers within the business. The position has become available due to an internal promotion, demonstrating the opportunity for progression within the company.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations
  • Processing sales orders
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Liaising with the warehouse to ensure customer deliveries are met
  • Supporting the external sales team with enquiries and order processing
  • Building strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service

About You
  • Previous experience within a sales administration, internal sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience using CRM or Sage
