We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded Sales & Commercial Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in managing CRM activity, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring commercial processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all customer data, activity, and opportunities are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, follow-ups, and key actions to drive opportunities forward
  • Produce regular reports, support forecasting, and identify inactive or missed opportunities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other commercial documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Support customer communication, account management, and business development activities
  • Assist with tenders and internal approvals, ensuring processes are completed efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to overall organisation within the sales function

About you
  • Experience in sales support, account management, recruitment, or a similar commercial role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, professional, and commercially aware
