Location: Castle Vale
Hours of work: 07:30-17:30-Monday to Friday
Pay:£13,19 p/h

Pertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a small family run team in Castle Bromwich. Our client are a leading supplier of safety workwear across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment.

The Role:

• To assist the team in picking and packing orders ready for shipment.
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate stock is held at all times.
• To organise picking/packing activities for the team.
• Hours of work are 07:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in leading a team of warehouse operatives.
• Strong background in warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to plan workload to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time.
• Ability to manage workload independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
