CNC Operator

CNC Operator – B45 Area, Birmingham
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:45pm

We have an immediate opportunity for a CNC Operator to join a successful manufacturing business based in Rubery. This is an excellent chance to become part of a well‑established company with a strong order book and exciting growth plans through 2026 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing components for industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
• Operating CNC machines
• Conducting quality checks on your own work
• Following all health and safety procedures

Ideal Candidate

• Previous CNC operating experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
• Positive attitude towards work, development and teamwork
