Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
- Lead or support internal audits across departments
- Assist with external audits involving customers, suppliers, or certification bodies
- Monitor and track non-conformances, corrective actions, and improvements
- Prepare, update, and control quality procedures, policies, and work instructions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in Quality Administration / QMS / Document Control
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 (essential)
- Internal Auditor qualification (preferred)
- Exposure to ISO 14001 / ISO 22000 is advantageous
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with different departments and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and proactively
Location: Office-based role in West Bromwich
Salary: £30,000 per annum
