 Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Credit Controller on a temp to perm basis. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in credit control, accounts receivable or finance administration who are looking to join a stable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

 

•  Chase outstanding customer payments professionally to improve cash flow
  
  

•  Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  
  

•  Monitor aged debt and follow up on overdue accounts
  
  

•  Allocate customer payments accurately
  
  

•  Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
  
  

•  Liaise with internal teams to support timely payments
  
  

•  Produce aged debt reports and credit control updates for management
  
  

•  Maintain accurate records of customer communications and account status
  
  

•  Support month-end processes and reconciliations
  
  

 

 
Ideal Candidate:

 

•  Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
  
  

•  Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
  
  

•  Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
  
  

•  Competent with account reconciliation and payment allocation
  
  

•  Able to work to deadlines and handle queries professionally
  
  

•  Experience using finance or accounting software
