Job Title:             Production Operative
Location:            Southport (PR9)
Contract:           Temp Ongoing
Hrs;                      6am-6pm (shift rota system)
Pay Rate:            £12.21 p/hr


Job Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for our Manufacturing client based in the Southport area.


As the Production Operative your duties will be to:

• Operate equipment, adhering to strict site health & safety procedures, to ensure the  manufacturing output is on schedule to meet orders.
• Pick raw materials for the next batches, ensuring all the expiry dates and batch numbers are recorded correctly.
• Complete all paperwork with accuracy.
• Ensure all the departments housekeeping is clean and tidy at all times, with no risks of contamination.
• Complete all logbooks accurately.

As the Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Must have previous experience working within a Production/Manufacturing environment.
• Any experience or certificates working on MHE equipment would be ideal.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with a natural enthusiastic drive.
• Great team player.

Additional Information
There will be a period of training on days shifts before going onto a shift pattern.
