My client is a young enthusiastic team of recruiters who understand the wants and needs of both candidates and schools, and who are committed to ensuring a quality education for students.

The role will deal largely with developing close client relationships and increasing the current Special Education Needs business in the Midlands.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in education recruitment or recruitment and be able to build and develop strong relationships. You will be hands on, driven, self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced work environment and not afraid of hard work.

We offer a competitive base salary, very attractive monthly commission scheme, in addition to a termly team bonus.
