£Up to 22k basic + Comission

A varied and exciting position has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant.
You will join a small but busy team and be responsible for developing both client and candidate base, whilst effectively completing various tasks that are critical to the smooth running of the Commercial desk.
As a Recruitment Consultant your main duties and responsibilities would be:

· Constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our brand to both candidates and clients.
· Use of effective business development techniques, to bring on new, and enhance your existing clients
· Interview and registration of candidates - including verification of I.D, licences and right to work, administration of any necessary tests for drivers, regular licence checks.
· Matching candidates with clients' vacancies.

The successful candidate will be sales focused with a commercial awareness, and have worked within recruitment in either a driving or industrial sector.
As this is a warm desk you should have first class, customer service skills, with a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build strong business relationships.

This opportunity would suit someone who can work well under pressure, who is self motivated and driven, with a positive attitude to work.
