Are you an experienced Industrial/Driving consultant looking to take the next step up in your career?
We are looking to take on a recruitment consultant to drive their well established business forward. They specialise in industrial, technical and transport sectors. The role will involve sales to existing and new clients, recruiting/interviewing people looking for work; you will also be required to carry out admin duties.
You will be working with experienced recruitment professionals in a busy office based in the centre of Walsall. You should be an outgoing individual with a drive to succeed. The right candidate will be required to make sales calls to both warm and cold leads, develop relationships, attend sales and service meetings, answer queries from both clients and staff and achieve demanding sales targets. You must have previous sales experience, a full driving licence and own transport, excellent telephone manner, and a desire to progress within a growing company. In return you will receive a basic salary of £22,000 + Bonus.
