A varied, fast paced, fun and very dynamic opportunity where you will be working to grow establish yourself in the market on a warm desk, with plenty of support. You will be part of a team working closely with the Directors to become a key member of the organisation and eventually with achieving targets, manage the team. This role offers a clear progression path for those with ambition and drive to be managers!
To be a successful applicant you will need to have the ability to bring in new business in the IT Recruitment sector and have experience in developing as well as maintaining accounts. Also you will need to be a tenacious individual who is not afraid to negotiate!
Our client offers both permanent and contract solutions. They are big on professional intelligence so the ideal recruiter would be a passionate individual that enjoys attending networking events, market mapping and adding value as opposed to mindlessly sending CVs.
The ideal recruiter will need:
1.A minimum of 18 months experience (less may be considered)
2.Great communication skills.
3. Experience on a IT desk
4.Be local to Birmingham city centre and be willing to travel
5.Have a proven track record within recruitment
6.Have the ability to bring in new business.
