To support our substantial growth we are now seeking a Payroll Sales Administrator to join our central business function based from our Edgbaston, Birmingham office. A Payroll & Sales Administrator is integral to the running of a successful "super brand" within Executive Network Group. You will support the brands of Executive Network Group in all areas of administration and payroll to help develop and maintain a successful, consistent business. This is a reactive role where workload prioritisation is the key, to ensure targets and company standards are met to given deadlines.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to;

Full payroll and administration responsibility

Collating & Processing weekly timesheets accurately and efficiently

Processing Invoice Checklists for numerous divisions for both Perm & General

Setting up clients/candidates on etimesheets

Setting up candidate and client contracts in a 24 hour period

Completing all relevant spreadsheets

Good understanding of all compliance surrounding contractors & payroll

Dealing with basic level accounts/payroll queries for the team (if applicable)

Identify companies who have over 28 day payment terms and notify credit control at point of raising an invoice.

Formatting CV's to the company standard within an agreed timeframe

Posting vacancies online whilst monitoring the admin inboxes

Reception duties

Assist the business support function with the organisation of external events
