Business Academy – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£18,000 + commission structure + benefits package.

Our aim isn't to sell a dream with ridiculous on target earning figures, but to give 6 delegates from different backgrounds a platform to develop into an expert specialist recruiter. Some of our previous academy delegates have now progressed within our business to senior, principal and associate director levels.

We're holding an ENG Business Academy, with 6 delegate spaces which includes a 13 week tailored training program, led by our dedicated Learning and Development manager.

You will benefit from both classroom and on the job training, learning the 360 recruitment process and refining your communication skills along with advancing to become a delivery expert.

After graduating from our Business Academy you'll be tasked with working on a range of recruitment assignments at mid-senior level across the UK, where you will source talent using varied methods including our database, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, advertising, job boards and referrals. From then you'll be competent at managing a full process and will be rewarded for every placement made.

The industry is tough, you can't control everything so the ideal person will be able to handle this, using emotional intelligence to reach their end result. We're not fussed on whether you're a recent grad, currently working in retail or hospitality or have sales exposure.
