ENG are a specialist, established recruitment consultancy that boast 4 brands completing recruitment assignments across the UK and internationally. After success within our previous academies where delegates have now progressed to senior and principal billers and also Associate Directors of ENG we're now seeking ambitious individuals for our 2019 Business Academy.
13 weeks of tailored training devised and delivered by our Learning and Development Manager.
6 delegate spaces available.
20 years within the recruitment industry.
4 niche brands, focused on mid-senior level assignments.
After receiving full training both classroom focused and on the job, surrounded by experienced recruiters you'll graduate to become a Trainee Delivery Consultant.
Collaborating with our business development function you'll be tasked with sourcing and qualifying talent at mid-senior level for a range of assignments whilst being a brand ambassador for ENG. You'll be running campaigns for a varied client base across the UK.
If you describe your strengths as building relationships, or simply put you're a "people person", we want to talk to you regardless of background.
Following our tailored training programme you'll have both the skills and tools including a gifted LinkedIn Recruiter licence to become a recruitment expert. We have a transparent career path that can lead to delivery, business development or 360 careers – there is no glass ceiling here!
