Like you, the directors of this business grew tired of the ‘top-down' management models from the likes of most recruitment industries and set out to source a solution. That solution came in the form of a boutique IT recruitment agency recruiting UK-wide, which offers genuine unique selling points (USPs) to their clients so you, the recruiter, can be at the top of your game and reap the rewards. Not the same old rubbish that other agencies are churning out and attaching silly buzz-words to. USPs like exclusive £80000 programmes developed in house that test the capability of software developers for a value added service to their clients. You could say it's an easy sell.
You will be recruiting for IT professionals with the choice to be an expert specialist within any of the 6 specialities; Business and Systems, Infrastructure, Management and Project Leadership, BI and Data, Cyber Security or Development and Web. You will be a 360 recruitment consultant whose skills in business development are only accentuated by the businesses USPs so that you are a cut above the rest. You will have the opportunity to expand in to new markets (Germany, Vietnam), set up new divisions and be coached by a £1.4m IT biller (profit per annum) so you can achieve all that you're set out to.
